  Been trying to contact this company on and off for 2 years as the windows they installed have some issues and I wanted to purchase some parts either from them or if they could recommend somewhere.
  
  The first and only time I spoke to someone, they never called back as they said they would all other times the phone just rings out.
  
  I wouldn't buy anything from these people at all !!!!
  
  There seems to be a huge lack of after service or customer care !!
  
  Maybe if you'd like to reply or ever look up the job under job number SO3176. I can even supply the original sticker on the window with all of the details.
