  Awful! I wish this system allowed no stars. Or preferably less than no stars! I contacted Give2Give because I am in the process of clearing my late relative's flat and I wanted their good furniture, brand new clothes and saleable chattels to go to a good cause. I have spend a week sorting, wrapping, boxing and labelling their possessions and disposed of non saleable or worn items. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and arranged a visit, which happened today. I have now received a phone call from someone else at Give2Give who said they would charge me £200 to take the items away! I'd already been told by the housing association that they would dispose of anything I left in the flat at no charge to me. I didn't want to do that. These are good, useable, saleable items. Many are unused and in their original packaging. Give2Give has been a complete waste of my time and I'm now unlikely to find anyone else who can take these items before I have to hand the keys to the flat back. So if you're thinking of donating to Give2Give, think again. There are other good causes out there.
