  The staff were operating so slowly it's a minor miracle that anybody was fed. No pleases, thank yous or smiles. Rude, depressing and inefficient. The only thing I can say for it is that it's clean. Oh, and put a lock on the toilet door for goodness sake, so you don't get a half starved customer gate crashing the cubicle while you're indisposed. Not too much to ask, is it?
