  Today was my daughter’s appointment and On reaching there, I was told that she is not on their system and her appointment is not booked. I have to come back home and then I received a call and then I was told that my daughter’s appointment for hearing is not booked as well, though I booked it on phone. Before all that mismanagement, my daughter was given two different appointments on same day and at the same time which was absolutely impractical. I haven’t seen such a big disaster in management before in my life but thanks God my daughter will be seen at her school for the same problem though and most funniest thing is that I received a letter which says that I have failed to attend the appointment twice, the appointments which I wasn’t ever given. There should be an option for “no star” rather than 1 star.
